I’m a ricer and I don’t care.

I’ve bought various cheap mods from Wish and amazon, the first of which came today:

LED Infiniti puddle lights.

I bought a wing for my G and I’m shopping for intakes and exhausts, when I actually get money. I find myself shopping for larger wheels and wanting to lower it.

You can try and save me Oppo, but I’m not sure I want saving.

Get Works. And arms. Go as low as possible. Once you run through the pinch welds, lower it another half inch. How bad could it be?

Okay but what kind of wing, intake, exhaust? Everything looks better when lowered or lifted so that's not so bad. If your camber goes negative we'll have to collectively slap you. Exhaust wise are you looking something like injen or nameless purple tip fake anodize pooter can?

Tail lights: stock

Puddle lights: I agree

The wing: It was cheap so why not?

Intake: actual cold air intake (long tube, not short tube cone)

Exhaust: would be ARK Grip or Stillen, not ebay cheap

Lowering: 1-1.5" drop, flush but not stance

Wheels: the 17s are way too small, but 19s look fantastic

Wing will be installed mid-oct, so you’ll see then

Intake would be an actual cold air (long tube). I like the one one by stillen:

shield in front of cones helps keep water out, so it’s not a reverse snorkel unless I go through a really really deep puddle.

Exhaust would be ARK Grip or Stillen, not ebay cheapo.

I don’t hate my tires so camber would be neutral.

of course all of that requires money, which I have none of right now. We’ll see after next summer, first thing on my list is window tint for sure. Wheels/tires would be around $1000, exhaust around $1000, intake around $400, wing was free.

I put a JWT pop charger with a 350Z intake tube onto my G and the sound was incredible at higher RPMs - still reasonably quiet when you’re just cruising. Not sure if it’s any more cost effective than alternatives but link is here:

I eventually added a plenum spacer and there was a slight, but noticeable, change in midrange power. The sound at full throttle also became quite nice.

Last time I checked Q50’s still don’t go for less than $12k. If I did all this, which I probably won’t, I’d be in it about $10k tops. Plus the Q50 has awful electric power steering, not hydraulic.

Hope not for your sake. They are infinitely invisible down here. Infiniti just said they are leaving and no-one noticed they were here in the first place!

It’s a shame, 2003-2015 or so was great for Infiniti. They’ve gone downhill fast in recent years though
